Data Deletion Instructions for ReplyFast

In accordance with Facebook’s Platform Terms and user privacy rights, you can request the deletion of your data associated with the ReplyFast app at any time.

🔄 Option 1: Remove ReplyFast via Facebook Settings

To delete your data automatically by revoking ReplyFast access from your Facebook account:

1. Go to your Facebook account settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings
2. Click Apps and Websites on the left menu.
3. Under Active, locate ReplyFast.
4. Click Remove.
5. In the confirmation dialog, check the box “Also delete all posts, photos and videos on Facebook that ReplyFast may have posted on your behalf.”
6. Click Remove to finalize.

This action removes our access and triggers a deletion of your associated personal data from our systems within 7 business days.

✉️ Option 2: Manual Deletion Request

You may also request data deletion manually by sending an email to:

Subject: “Facebook Data Deletion Request”

Please include the following:

• Your Facebook User ID or the email associated with your Facebook account
• A clear request stating that you want all data removed related to ReplyFast

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

📌 Important Notes

• We do not store data beyond what is needed to operate the ReplyFast app.
• All data is deleted in compliance with privacy laws, including GDPR, LGPD, and Facebook Platform Terms.
