These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ReplyFast app, owned and operated by MERLIN DIGITAL ENABLER. By accessing or using ReplyFast, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Overview of the Service

ReplyFast is a content automation tool that allows users to generate and schedule content on Facebook pages or profiles, based on the permissions granted during Facebook login.

The service operates through Facebook’s API, and your use of the App is subject to Facebook’s Platform Terms and Community Standards.

4. User Responsibilities

By using ReplyFast, you agree:

• To provide accurate account information.
• Not to use the app for spam, misinformation, or violating Facebook policies.
• Not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app without permission.
• To maintain control over your Facebook account and revoke access if needed.

5. Data Use and Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or Facebook’s policies.
• We discontinue the App or its functionality.

You may also stop using the App and revoke its access from your Facebook account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service.

We are not responsible for:

• Facebook platform issues or API changes
• Loss or corruption of data
• User-generated content published through the app

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MERLIN DIGITAL ENABLER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ReplyFast.

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app interface or update the “Last updated” date above.

Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
